hashedcontainer: pass through sds_cert_reqs and sds_ca_certs #208

This adds a couple of options related to ssl ca verification and passes them through though sds common code

Requires open-io/oio-sds#1977 to make sense

Hello, just going through my old opened PRs.

This has been a while and I'm no longer using oio-swift; but this has already gotten approvals and looks like it's still valid so would be great to see this merged.

Otherwise I'll just close this PR in my next irregular check up (probably around next year); it's slightly annoying to keep PRs open.
