Invalid Update (status code 14) with Windows Server 2012R2

Scenario with Server 2012R2:

• Have an iSCSI target with a default portal
• Start target-isns. The first iSCSI target is registered to the iSNS server
• Create a new iSCSI target with targetcli. The registration fails because of an invalid update (14)

There is no issue with Solaris' iSNS server.
