`Member is not a manager` popup #1845

Steps I took

  1. Upgrade from 0.8.1 to 0.8.7
  2. Attempt to login as member with learner and health roles only
  3. Login fails, with "Member is not manager" (or whatever the text for that error message is) showing
  4. Sync from login page
  5. Logging in works again

I don't think you should have to sync to be able to login after an upgrade.

'Member is not a manager' error is a result of a timeout with syncing with the realm database. Still an issue.
