As a visitor, I want to see half of fame of translator so that I know how many people contribute and how active the project is. #1383

As a visitor, I want to see half of fame of translator so that I know how many people contribute and how active the project is.

While I learning open-learning-exchange.github.io wiki again until long time, I spot opportunity for improvement.

I think it is always good to attract people that specialized in translating stuff and create a hall of fame of members of translator. However for starting it is empty.

It is good for first step PR BTW.

I think this is a good idea too. I think a Hall of Fame is something that would definitely encourage more potential translators.

A ranking for each language, maybe? But basically, I think this is a good idea too.

@smem22 I believe it is on the top right under "Assignees". You most likely might not be able to assign yourself as you are not a member yet, but feel free to work on this and create a pull request for it and we will check it out.

Also remember: Although it is great of you to be working on these issues, you need to come up with four issues of the website yourself!

I think that this is a great idea! A hall of fame would provide accurate reports and results
