Add a link to tutorial links #2773

Problem

In the beginning to the page, it shows what stack the team uses, and there should be adding a sentence that directs the users to the tutorial links on FAQ page.

In the step 0 page, I would want to add a link to the tutorial pages.

@choiwhmarco I think we already have a link for FAQ in the Big Picture section. But, it is just before step 0.
