When checking with docker images, db-init is pulled and correctly tagged, but the planet container is not.

Rechecked this, I think the issue related to upgrading on a fresh image of treehouses that had not performed the expandfs script (didn't reboot after the initial startup).

I'll do some more testing, but if upgrades go smoothly the next few weeks I think we can safely close this one.
