Team creator information should be included somewhere in Team #4331

since Team leader can be changed. and Admin has also access to change the Team leader even if that team is not created by them its seem confusing for a glance that who is created the team To have more clarity for admin or for others, it would be nice to include created by alongwith created date at least.

I think we can add information with the description
