change color of dashboard tile lettering from black to white #4642

image Currently, myCourses and myLife are white, while the other two are black. Since the other two are on darker backgrounds, and to keep conformity, I think changing them so that they're all in white would look better.

Someone could make that change so we can see the two side by side to compare.

For reference the text color is based on the recommended color against the background by Material https://material.io/design/color
