Markdown: Clicking to move cursor odd behavior #5476

When content is large, markup editor is not showing full text. One has to double click on editor to see whole content or perform any updates. Screenshot from 2020-01-07 08-28-48

Changing the title and adding a little more explanation here:

Clicking in the markdown editor has odd behavior. The scroll jumps, and the cursor location is not in its expected place. After typing, you can see the cursor was in the correct place, it is just a UI issue.
