Course: no difference in UI of Test and Preview Test #5885

We could have Preview or Preview Mode.

The message is there when adding/updating a test because it is in a dialog and we don't want to simply close the dialog without prompting. The preview from the course page is similar to the normal test flow and redirects back to the step.
