Open bruno-soares opened 4 years ago
We want to work with graduate students to build a community to share information about Brazilian biodiversity and how scientists make their findings. We expect that people get interested in biodiversity science and get more accurate views on the importance of biodiversity and on what scientists do.
Recently, Brazil is facing a strong set back in environmental policies and in the public view on scientists and environmentalists. Scientists need better approaches to share their discoveries and to connect with people to tackle this issue.

Very interesting! I'm a fan of sustainable development and I agree that environmental issues need to be addressed by people in various fields. Twitter is also a good way to reach people and raise awareness. Keep up the great work!
