CoC Guide becoming chaotic

Observed behaviour: As the OLS core team expands, the guide for reporting abuse of Code of Conduct is also getting larger and slightly confusing.

For a reference - see this line in the Catalyst Application Webinar etherpad.

Expected behaviour:

• Set up a coc@we-are-ols.org and clarify who it goes to.

Are there other suggestions for handling this?

I've created code-of-conduct at, etc etc...

We need to talk about formalising the committee and who receives reports.

Then update that on the website 😁 Action is on me first - discuss with the team and governance - then we'll ask you to follow up, debs
