Cohort graduation - policy for recording who graduated #814

Not 100% sure if this is the right place to record this or not - we can move it if needed.

Right now @bebatut is going through the cohort graduation videos and notes, in order to find out who graduated from each cohort, in which session. There must be a better way to capture this ;)

Things we need:

What can we do so it doesn't need to be gathered manually later? Tagging @NPDebs @Tajuddeen1 @iramosp for thinking about it.

Can I suggest a graduation form? Maybe it will not work but the idea would be that mentees that graduated will fill a form before receiving some certificate or an online badge

If it's only sent to mentees that graduated then I guess YES!

So we might just need to make sure that it has the right questions as a part of it?

I like the idea of adding a few questions to the post-cohort survey. The survey is already a graduation requirement, but the workflow might need some adapting, as we currently send it before graduation so that participants have more time to answer.

We could send the post-cohort survey right after graduation, remind participants it's a requirement for the certificate, and add a question on the link to their recording. Then we need to import it to our KMS (we still need to clarify if our single source of truth is Civi or the website).

Other project metadata should already be in the application form (via Open Review or Civi).
