When do they activate the new branch?

+1 eager to move to Moodle 3.9 LTS, Snap's the bottleneck..

Hey guys, the new branch is here https://github.com/open-lms-open-source/moodle-theme_snap/tree/MOODLE_39_STABLE We have yet to release to moodle.org/plugins though
