H5P Activities double description field #261

Hello, I have noticed a strange phenomenon where the description appears twice in the frontend when an H5P activity such as Question Set is created as H5P internal (with the evaluation function).

Moodle 4.0.7+ (Build: 20230418)

H5P up-to-date
Snap Theme 4.0.7 2023041100

Does anyone else have this problem and possibly a solution? Please see the attached images for reference. Thank you.

it's not a theme problem, h5p have to fix it: https://github.com/h5p/moodle-mod_hvp/pull/476
