Fixes #13.

TODO:

[ ] Read the authentication password from the config file which will be set during the firmware upload.
[ ] Send data only after the user has opted in. Needs a chackbox in the admin UI.
[ ] Display the public data URI in the admin UI. Something like sha1(MACID).dati.gaisasargs.lv?
[ ] Allow setting a password for the public data dashboard.

@RonnyLV Could we merge this in as a base for the remainder of the IoT tasks?

Looks like there are a few merge conflicts after the recent changes to the config file. Would you be able to resolve those, please?
