Teams Listing in Hierarchy API is not proper

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

• Team Hierarchy API is not returning a proper list of the team which contains the child elements.
• We can see 3 divisions in the Business Unit which are the same Team and further, they contain the sub-child teams.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

• Hierarchy should be maintained and doesn't have other copies of it.
