When you change the number of items to display on the page in Settings/Services/Databases/Pipelines the page does not resize, it eventually will resize to the full size (50/Page) when you click "Next" and arrive at (in our case) "Page 3/2". Then when you click "Previous" you can only go back to "Page 2/2" and then the "Previous" button is faded and cannot be selected.
To Reproduce

Go to Settings/Services/Databases/Pipelines on System with more than 50 items
Change the number of items selector to "50 / Page"
Notice that the page/number of items does not resize
Click "Next"
Notice that the page/number of items does not resize
Click "Next"
Notice that the page/number of items finally resizes to the selected amount (after some delay)
Also notice you are on "Page 3/2" which of course does not make sense
Click "Previous"
Notice you are on now what should be "Page 1/2" but instead it is "Page 2/2" with the "Previous" button greyed out
Note, also tested this with multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and with and without the "Dark Reader" extension, still the same behavior persists.

nginxproviding a reverse proxy to the server.
