Could this version install alongside legacy cocoapi? #13

Could this be installed under the conda virtual env?

It is fully compatible with legacy cocoapi, which means any codes that rely on the legacy cocoapi can also run successfully with our forked version. They cannot be installed in the same environment since both use the name pycocotools.
