[Docs] ACRN training on AVA dataset at 15 fps #2785

The doc issue

I'd like to re-train the ACRN model at 15 fps instead of 30. To do so I downloaded the AVA dataset and extracted the frames sampling at 15 fps instead of 30. However I don't know how to resample the labels. Could you explain how I could do that?
