Too slow,mim install "mmengine>=0.7.0", mim install "mmcv>=2.0.0rc4" #10912

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

mim install "mmengine>=0.7.0", mim install "mmcv>=2.0.0rc4"

Installation is too slow, can not finish correctly.

And there seems no way to add local proxy or mirror.

Any helps? Thanks a lot

try this:

pip install wheel
