i found AnchorFreeHead has no reg_decoded_bbox, then how to use IOU loss like CIOU in AnchorFreeHead, such as FoveaBox?

Because the AnchorFree algorithm decoding methods are not the same, so similar decoding functions are implemented in subclasses.
