This is a development requirement documentation of support DS-Net , which we wish to collaborate with the community.

Steps

First have a discuss in this issue about the development plan. We can divide the full algorithms into multiple modules and add each module step by step in different PR.
In each PR, add a sub-modules of DS-Net and add unit tests to test the code
Benchmark the performance when all modules have been added
Make sure the inference accuracy is consistent as those original models trained by the official codebase
Prepare and release the models (we can help to benchmark the model)
