[Bug] AttributeError: module 'mmcv' has no attribute 'mkdir_or_exist'

Reproduces the problem - code sample

I just executed the test code to visualize the results through offline, as written in official documentation. But it doesn't seems to output results.pkl, and makes error below when I added the arguements --cfg-options test_evaluator.submission_prefix=sub_results.pkl.
