Error in instalation of MMPose package

Prerequisite

[X] The bug has not been fixed in the latest version(https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose).

Environment

I have successfully installed mmcv and mmengine on python environment. But when i try to install mmpose==1.3.1 using mim and also from source and i got under error.

mmcv == 2.1.0
mmengine == 0.10.3
pytroch == 2.1.1
cuda == 12.

I face the same issue. However, installing from source works fine.
