When I launch 2 processes, openmpi seems to only bind 4 cores. But if I launch 4 or 8 processes, my cpu cores will be all utilized(192 cores) #12899

I use ompi mpirun (Open MPI) 4.0.4. OS:Linux 10-90-55-33 5.4.0-146-generic #163-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
