Need to add setting for degrees above horizon, so that more realistic viewing opportunities can be predicted. #23

The default 10 degrees above the horizon is way to broad for most viewers. It would be good to add a parameter to the request that indicates the degrees above the horizon from, say 10 - 60 degrees.
