Heroku Application Error #8

While loading: http://api.open-notify.org/iss-now.json

Chrome, Mac OS X El Capitan, accessed over a VPN. Let me know if you need any more details for replication.

I'm not sure why this happened, but it might have been a temporary issue.

Does it only happen through a VPN?

Feel free to reopen, but I can't reproduce this so I'm closing.
