Country Names in CDIAC but not in gapminder's geo domain #1

Here is a list of country names in CDIAC but not found in gapminder's geo domain. We need to find out the geo id for these countries. They are also mentioned in https://github.com/semio/ddf--gapminder--geo_entity_domain/issues/1#issuecomment-239717329

Okay! And conversely, and maybe more importantly, are all geo's in gapminder entity domain covered? That's what we need to construct this dataset (though the above list is also good to see if we're missing some or need to do aggregrations etc).
