LDK Release 4.0.0 MR to update the main branch

This is MR contains a collection of all the updates that represent the LDK Release 3.17.0

Changes made:

This release contains 6 updates to the LDK.

  1. Updates to the Self Test Loop including bug fixes and support for additional functionality testing.
  2. Included support for allowing custom whisper heights.
  3. New listenWithOptions function available for the clipboard aptitude that takes an object argument rather than a boolean value.
  4. Updated the Autocomplete filter to be mutually exclusive between match sorter.
  5. Reorganized project folder structure and performed additional code cleanup tasks.
  6. Updated the project to follow semver standards.
