Open Leadership Definition needs a project repository #119

As part of our work publishing an Open Leadership Definition (see #94), we'll need to prepare a project repository and format the pre-release contents in plain text. I can take this on.

Update: We have a repository! I'll be working on file conversion and formatting over the next few days.

Thanks to @LauraHilliger's help, we now have a complete release candidate ready for final review in the project repository.
