We'll use this issue to track our work creating materials that help us promote the Open Leadership Definition when it's released. These might include:

Preparation checklist

[x] a release announcement for mailing lists
[x] explanatory statements for press releases and media announcements
[x] assets for various social media platforms
[x] scripts for video announcements
[x] video advertisement for OpenOrgTV

Promotion checklist

@semioticrobotic - promo graphics for Twitter and LinkedIn are complete. Promo Vid for sharing and Open Org TV is in production; waiting on the team to answer a creative direction question and I can get this finished on Friday. Thanks!

I'll set up a promotional checklist here so we have a space to coordinate on August 23.

@semioticrobotic any updates for me on design or shall I pick?? Design concept in our document notes. I had today slotted to complete this but will shift to Saturday so you have it on time.

Sorry, @jenkelchner! I did leave feedback for you in the doc but maybe it's not what you needed to move forward? I'd hate for you to have to work Saturday. This needn't be totally ready on launch day (we'll be blowing the trumpets for many days), so don't feel that pressure.
