@RonMcFarland mentioned doing some reading and research on cooperatives and will likely be writing something soon. Recommend connecting with @LauraHilliger and crew to perhaps collaborate on something (roundtable interview or the like).

oh interesting! @RonMcFarland I've got a co-op and that co-op is a member of a mega co-op :) International co-op principles might be a good place to start (they're widely in use in the co-op circles I play in) https://www.ica.coop/en/cooperatives/cooperative-identity

Great information Laura. In reading The Zero Marginal Cost Society: The Internet of Things, the Collaborative Commons, and the Eclipse of Capitalism, by Jeremy Rifkin, I learned of International Cooperative Alliance.

Let me do my homework on this. I've read a couple books on this subject and would like to read a couple more. From there, I'd like to put together an article for you and Bryan to review. Once that article has been approved and published, it would be great to have a video discussion on this topic.

To what I have learned so far, cooperatives require good supervision, therefore our Open Leader Principles will more than likely come into play. Therefore, Heidi might be interested in our discussion as well.
