We recently invited all Red Hatters to give feedback on a draft of our updated corporate strategic framework, and made significant changes as a result. Happy to write something about that process, the challenges and benefits, etc., in collaboration with some of the other project team members / sponsors, if it's of interest?
Basically applied the Open Decision Framework, as best as we could, in a short time frame.

I think @ruhbehka's idea would make a perfect pilot of this kind of thing. I could see it starting life as an article in the "usual sense," then morphing into something more visually polished for the MBA set.
Let me know if something like this would be useful. Last year we brought Open Leadership and Open Org principles to our Indonesian customer. Have look:https://www.redhat.com/en/resources/indonesian-bank-improved-IT-snapshot
Neat! Thanks, @shabnoorshah. This would be useful, since we rarely receive case studies from that region. I'm eager to hear the "story behind the story" of this woefully short single line in the briefing document: Upskilled its leadership team in open culture and new ways of working. I'm sure there's an entire article or book chapter in there!
You bet... there's a lot we did and I'd be happy to share more. The only constraint is that we can not use the customer's name as a public reference ..but there's no reason why we can draw insights based on what we did.
Additionally, we are doing yet another engagement with a Latam customer around open leadership. I'll be happy to share more in Feb-March. That could be a possible public reference. Will let you know.
Great! Not being able to publish a customer name is no problem. What matters most is the description of your practices, challenges, insights, and takeaways. Would make an excellent chapter in the Leaders Manual!
