Adjust description of expectations for ambassador contributions #3

I'm proposing this amendment to the Ambassador program description in response to @funnelfiasco observation (in #2) that expectations for written contributions are out of step with the current reality of the community's publication schedule.

I suggest altering the language to suggest that ambassadors contribute new pieces "once every two months," rather than "monthly." But this is just an opening proposal and I am certainly happy to open the matter to community discussion.
