Well, it's time to revisit this! @JosGroenNL and I have agreed to collaborate on getting this chapter into the book, and will have something soon.

This chapter is now in the project codebase! Awesome work, @JosGroenNL. I'll close this issue. Looking forward to typesetting the new chapter in the next iteration of the book.
