Travel: How is the travel budget apportioned, and how do you make decisions about whether to approval travel (or whether to nominate someone for travel)?

Welcome! Thanks for much for reaching out and wanting to help with this project.

This is perhaps not the best "first bug" for someone new to open source. But our most recent book has issues, and ones marked Easyfix could be a nice place to start.
