Add EPub version #35

Converted ODT -> XHTML -> Calibre -> EPUB, as mentioned in other Open Organization repos and it seemed to come out pretty well.

Oh bummer - I just looked closer, and at least in iBooks, the illustrations didn't carry over. :( I'll need to play more.

I'm going to close this request until such time as we can propose a feature-complete ePub version.
