Add Open Leadership Assessment to website #29

We'll need to update the Open Organization project website to include the forthcoming Open Leadership Assessment.

I'd think we'd include it under an Assessment heading in the Open Leadership Definition section of the Definitions page.

But I am open to other opinions!
