aacar diagram missing axon/dendrite distiction #12

axon/dendrite must be inferred from topology, which is confusing, adding explicit annotations for dendrites would clarify

The svg has been added and updated. @smtifahim see if this clarifies the issue you were having. @bdebono the only notation I added was to convert the marker at the end of the curves for dendrites to an open box, the browser renders it as filled, but I think that is a bug/inconsistency in the web svg renderer. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/open-physiology/apinatomy-models/master/models/ard-arm-cardiac/docs/ard-arm-cardiac.svg

This is resolved with a note that "dendrites" that have location beyond the soma housing lyph in the apinatomy convention are really peripherial sensory axons. The diagram has been updated to reflect this, but we will need likely need to adjust the template type for what we have determined are really sensory axons.
