aacar 13 axon terminal issue #13

axon-bags should be axon-tubes, axons missing real termination location

this affects NPO, ApiNATOMY, and SVG.

NPO issue is that dorsal funiculus of spinal cord is too granular.

Additional NPO issue is that we need a union of the axon locations for each individual soma. Missing representation, opportunities for maybe using C5 as a common defining location and infer the rest.

Also missing the axon terminals in the white matter, but @bdebono we also need to figure out how to model bags with unknown locations.

We reworked all the axons to pass through the white matter for that segment and then end in the central nervous system.

Dendrites (aka sensory axons) were corrected to converge in epicardium and then branch to ventricles.
