aacar-6 strange order inversion issue #18

Closed tgbugs closed 2 years ago

tgbugs commented 2 years ago

T1 -> T6 on the gray rami, T6 -> T1 on the ganglia, and then non-existent links between the ganglia. Possibly due to a soma dislocation?

A50-A55 (T1-T6) were put in backwards. In this case the rami and the ventral roots go in the same order.

@albatros13 I don't know whether the viewer can catch cases like this, but housing lyph for one end of the link was different than for the other. I know that we have cases where that is allowed to happen and we try to fill in, but in this case the soma link was clearly in e.g. A50 but the chain root was in A55. If we aren't warning on cases like this we should be, and likely should come up with a way to avoid the crazy warps that this enables.

this one is fixed but there are other remaining issues with 6 that are tracked elsewhere
