Some Arm-Ardell neurons are not connected to anything in their derived connectivity #39

Neurons 2i, 2m, 10a and 10v have no connectivity when processed by the ApiNATOMY model simplification code that is part of mapknowledge. They are all ilxtr:IntrinsicPhenotype. What connectivity is associated with them in SCKAN?

They don't go anywhere (which is what intrinsic means in this case). They start and end in the same region. When we add type-to-type connectivity information such as hasForwardConnectionPhenotype then it will be possible to integrate them into the circuit.

Is it then possible to get their connectivity as (REGION_ID, REGION_ID)? i.e. they start and terminate in the region.
