Create variance option selection #237

Add a combo-box with list of unique values in varianceSpecs/clades to choose the variance for model generation

The basic implementation is done, a separate issue will be created to handle composite variance specifications. Based on selected clade, currently the first matching variance spec is applied, others are ignored.
