Scaletta 4 + WBKG lost Dynamic Groups #264

While testing whether WBKG has properly ordiented sympathetic chain we encountered the problem with version at https://apinatomy.dev.metacell.us/ - Dynamic groups do not appear and Neuroview cannot be enabled.

Tried:

Default model
Manually loaded Scaletta + joined with WBKG (because it was revised to wire the chain)
Manually loaded Scaletta + imported WBKG No dynamic groups.

Yet in the master version the Dynamic Groups for the same models are present:

If Settings Panel is open, it does not update after reload - Dynamic Groups only appear after closing and re-opening the panel. Angular should automatically react to the model change, just make sure the model object is replaced, not internally altered on load/import. Previously I also noticed that if a filter is set to e.g., Sympathetic Chain, it does not get cleared on model load, but the selected group is invisible.
