In resource declaration editor, add validation of IDs wih schema

A user can change material or lyph identifier or name to a value not accepted by ApiNATOMY schema, e.g., having spaces in ID. To avoid issues caused by such values, we should validate the input via the schema as we do with the external models, but at the time of editting.
