Groups in multi-namespace models do not show up correctly #279

A generated group of housing lyphs from wbkg by npo-to-apinatomy converter does not show up. Group that unites all partial chains for a neuron only shows up wuthout wbkg, once the other model is joint, the toggle does not work anymore
