Replace lyph template in nested objects, i.e., chain levels #285

In definitions like "levels": [ { "conveyingLyph": "wbkg:lt-soma-of-neuron", "id": "link-for-chains-0-0-0-0" }, { "conveyingLyph": "wbkg:lt-axon-tube", "target": "node-mmset1-11-0", "id": "link-for-chains-0-0-0-1" }, lyph template does not get replaced.

An alternative is to automatically move objects from levels to links
