Apply changes to node cloning method to fix issues with joint housing chain visualization #287

In relation to issue #282, we found out that the model generator created several clone nodes with the same identifier. The issue was fixed and pushed to the master brunch, see https://github.com/open-physiology/open-physiology-viewer/commit/c9330df61f5f9e3031dfe4aeaa5145b1dafe64f0
