Enable use of other namespace lyphs and materials in Lyph and Material editors

Currently, if a lyph refers to a supertype from another namespace, an error is reported that the lyph declaration is not found and the lyph hierarchy is not shown. We need to create temporary locked declarations that will be shown but not available for editting as they are expected to be imported from another model
